Background

Nomination Committee aims to recommend director candidates of KNOC and discuss the matters concerning the contract with candidates for the heads of public institutions in accordance with the Act on the Management of Public Institutions

Composition and Term

• Composition: Nomination Committee is composed of the members(independent members) appointed by non-executive directors and board of directors
  - The number of independent members is less than a half of the number of Nomination Committee members
  - The independent members shall include one ‘spokesperson of members’ opinion’
• Term: until the appointment of a director

Duties of Nomination Committee

• Decision on how to recruit director candidates and detailed screening criteria
• Recruitment, inspection, examination and recommendation of director candidates
• Discussion on the executive contract with candidates recommended as the directors

Meeting

Nomination Committee holds a meeting as necessary
