KNOC participated in the project July in 2020 when it acquired a 20% of stake in the UDO block under Farm-Out Agreement with Total E&P Senegal SAS. As a early stage of the exploration, the acquisition and data processing for the 3D seismic (approximately 5,000Km2) were completed in December 2021. It has been conducting the prospectability evaluation of the UDO block for a decision to be made on the next stage.
