The Disabled Athletes Team
KNOC is leading the improvement of the employment rate of the disabled through job development suitable for the disabled. KNOC became the only public enterprise founding the Disabled Athletes Team in Ulsan in 2019 in cooperation with the Ulsan Sports Association for the Disabled and executing a business agreement with the Korea Employment Agency for the Persons with Disabilities. Since then, KNOC has been stably supporting disabled athletes¡¯ activities with 27 employees exclusively performing the duties for disabled athletes.

'Dream Maker', the vocational education program for the young disabled
KNOC operates the collaboration programs with the Ulsan Welfare Center for the Disabled in order to provide the vocational training and employment opportunity for the quality of life of the young disabled and their inclusion into the local communities. In 2021, KNOC completed the vocational ability programs with the disabled students in the special classes in 6 high schools in Ulsan including job interview training, practical job training and local community adaptation training. Total 115 students completed the training through ¡®Dream Maker¡¯ program and 13 students of them were employed in other institutions

Youth Employment Capability Enhancement Program
KNOC continuously develops and operates the programs to develop local leaders and strengthen the vocational ability of students in local high schools and colleges along with the local communities. KNOC provided the career exploration opportunity and the programs which can practically help those who are selected through the cooperation with the local leading college promotion agency(Ulsan University) and the open high school(Ulsan Office of Education) including practical petrochemical job training, special lecture on jobs and internship for experiencing jobs
