Board Meeting

Board Meetings are classified into the regular and extraordinary meetings. The regular Board Meeting is held on the last Friday every month. When the last Friday is a public holiday, the Board Meeting is held on the business day before the last Friday. If inevitable, the Chairman of the Board of Directors can adjust the schedule of the regular Board Meeting. An extraordinary Board Meeting is convened in case of an urgent agenda.
