KNOC implements education to eradicate power trips and a Mutual Respect Day campaign every month and operates an online reporting system enabling partners to report power trips at any time and the Rights Protection Pledge System for Partners’ Employees. Including the revision of Fair Contract Pledge System and the Facility Construction Qualification Screening Standards, KNOC improves basic systems, collects the opinions related to the improvement of the reporter protection system through the Integrity Civil Auditor System and raises the awareness of employees about powers trip by activating information sharing among public organizations
