| KNOC has taken Concession of Area 1 in Abu Dhabi of the United Arab Emirates in March 2012. It has been successful exploration and appraisal activities for 3D seismic and drilling so far. Haliba field in Area 1 was evaluated 228 millions barrels of oil reserve and it is in the stage of Execution of EPC works with several development drillings. KNOC achieved first oil production on 1st June 2019.
