What is benefit sharing system?
“Benefit sharing system” is the contract model which an owner supports a contractor and shares benefits with a contractor for achieving common goals mutually agreed between an owner and a contractor including cost reduction.
(Reference Act: Article 8, Act on the Promotion of Mutually Beneficial Cooperation between Large Enterprises and Small and Medium Enterprises).
