Purposes

New Product Development Project with the Option to Purchase financed by Ministry of SMEs and Startups is the representative mutual growth program harmonizing purchase demand, national policy and small and medium enterprises as good small and medium enterprises with superior technologies and great potential for growth develop new technologies through cooperation with big enterprises and public organizations.

Project Description

For the project proposed by KNOC after notifying the wills to purchase, Small and Medium Enterprise Administration makes a small/medium enterprise perform R&D by providing financial support.

Procedure

Demand Survey Project (up to 500 Million KRW): Project proposed by a client for development(including big enterprises, public organizations). The state government provides 75% of total project cost. Development period shall be within 2 years.

Business Proposal Project (up to 250 Million KRW): Project which a small/medium enterprise presents an idea(technology) to a client and proproses after acquiring the written consent on the voluntary purchase agreement.

Receipt of Project Application

Any enterprises can submit the projects to a client or a managing authority at any time. The project selected is announced by Small and Medium Enterprise Administration.
