2020

  • Anti-corruption education for all directors and employees including Anti-Graft Act(Sep. ~Dec.)
  • Workshop of ethics and human rights officers of the head office (Aug.) and activity report (Aug.)
  • Revision of Code of Conducts (May, Sep.)
    - Subjects of Reporting related to external lectures: limited to the case receiving payment.
    - Reporting period related to external lectures: The external activity shall be basically reported in advance(same as the original regulations). If prior reporting is not available or any contents of report need to be changed, the reporting period for an activity is changed from within 2 days to within 10 days from the date of completion of the activity.
    - Revision of texts according to abolition of other company regulations
  • Implementation of Clean Period before and after a national holiday and enhancement of job disciplines (Jan. Sep.)
  • External cooperation for sharing and distributing awareness on human rights
    - Participation in Ulsan Human Rights Protection and Enhancement Council and activities with UNGC Human Rights Working Group.
